Our eye drops for dry eyes feature naturally derived ingredients, including hyaluronic acid 0.15%. This lubricating substance is found in various areas of the body, including the eyes, joints and skin. It helps to restore and retain eye moisture, delivering instant and lasting relief. Our dry eye drops also contain witch hazel, known for its soothing properties, as well as Ginkgo biloba, which helps to protect the eyes by combatting the effects of free radicals.

Gentle on the eyes  

 Many dry eye treatments on the market contain preservatives that can cause sensitivity in your eyes and lead to further irritation. TheraTears® is different. Our Dry or Tired Eye Drops contain a preservative that breaks down as soon as it makes contact with your eye, turning into a mixture of oxygen, water and electrolytes. This means the product is considered to be preservative-free on the eye.

Adults and Children: Tilt head back and gently squeeze one or two drops into each eye, one or more times a day or as otherwise advised by a healthcare professional. 

For contact lens users, apply 2 - 3 drops on the lens before insertion or into the eye after insertion. Add onto the lens when fitted as needed. For use in eyes only. 

• Keep away from heat sources;
• Store in a dry place at temperatures between 5 and 35°C; 
• Do not use after the expiry date;
• Use within 90 days of first opening.

Hyaluronic Acid 0.15%, Ginkgo biloba (Ginkgo biloba L.) 0.05%, Witch hazel (Hamamelis virginiana) 0.05%, PHMB, Disodium edetate, isotonic solution buffered to pH 7.2. 

• Does not contain: Benzalkonium chloride, Chlorhexidine, Parabens, Phenoxyethanol Thimerosal, and components from animal origin.

How should I use TheraTears eye drops:

Wash hands thoroughly before use.

For Contact lens users apply 2-3 drops on the lens before insertion or into the eye after insertion.  Add onto the lens when fitted as needed.  For use in eyes only.

How often can I use the products?

Apply 1-2 drops into each eye, one or more times a day every few hours or otherwise stated by an healthcare professional.

How long does TheraTears last for once the bottle is opened?

Once opened use within 90 days and do not use after expiry date.

How should I store TheraTears?

It’s recommended to store TheraTears eye drops away from heat sources in a dry place with temperatures between 5 °to 35°.

Can I use Theratears with contact lenses?

Yes, TheraTears eye drops are safe to use with contact lenses apart from TheraTears Overnight Restore where it is not recommended to sleep with contact lenses on.

How to dispose of Theratears after use?

TheraTears packaging is widely recyclable.  Please dispose of the bottle in line with local regulation.

Is Theratears safe for children? From what age can it be used?

TheraTears is safe to use from 3+, however children require adult supervision.

What happens if TheraTears causes eye irritation?

In case of eye irritation, stop using the product and contact a medical professional.
